Waste Less, Wherever You Are
Two Weeks. Real Impact. Endless Ways to Waste Less.
Waste sneaks into every corner of our lives - the food we toss, the packages we open, the devices we upgrade before their time. This fall, take just two weeks to change that. From October 19 through November 1, join the October Sustainability Sprint and take on simple, doable actions to waste less at home, on the go, in digital spaces, in the outdoors, and in your community.
This Sustainability Sprint is a shorter, faster format: 38 actions across five place-based categories, designed to fit into just two weeks. Audit your own waste, pack a low-waste travel kit, clean up your digital footprint, learn to leave no trace outdoors, or swap goods with your neighbors - even craft a low-waste Halloween costume along the way. Choose the actions that fit your life, and every one you complete earns points that add up to real, measurable impact.
The October Sustainability Sprint is free and open to everyone. Take it on solo, rally your friends, family, or coworkers into a team, or join Ecochallenge’s global Community Team and sprint alongside people around the world.
Registration opens September 21 - so join us to start wasting less, wherever you are!

Reducing the amount of waste we create, reusing items that can be reused (sometimes in a new and creative way!) and...
